Lead time depends on order quantity, generally abot 25 days for order below 50,000 booklets. other quantity please contact with sales.

2. Can you do the design for me?

We can make simple design for customers, if you want to design by yourself, we will asssit onthe design template.

3. WHat format for artwork is acceptable?

Artwork in AI, PDF, CDR, PSD. Big high resolution pictures is workable for us. 

4. What is the payment terms?

Deposit received then produce, balance collected after cargo finish.We can send  you picture or  mass production sample after cargo finished.

5. What is the shipping way?

Ocean, air, express shipping,etc. Generally for order below 5000 booklets, we recommend ship by express.  Other quantity please contact with sales for more information.

6.Do you provide free samples?

We provide free samples for Richer brand, for custom brand samples we will charge sample cost.
